Create a virtual entertainment event for more than 450 employees with a high engagement rate, that was the challenge we assumed when developing the Christmas Party for BAT employees in December 2020.
The result was surprising, not only did more collaborators sign up, but they stayed until the end of the event, this due to the mix of recreational, corporate and award activities that we mixed throughout the party. In a virtual way, we had the presence of bosses and coordinators from various parts of the world, with messages of gratitude and motivation, live shows, a great talent show for closing and live raffles throughout the event.
The party featured a comedy show form «Pelando el Ojo» and Kurt Dyer.
The event was carried out live and was broadcasted on YouTube Live, in this way, the attendees were able to participate through the comments. The company was very satisfied with the results and so were we at 360 Integral.
